Privacy Policy

Roadwise helps you study for your state's driver's permit test. It is built to work without collecting personal information.

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. Roadwise has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising and no analytics or tracking SDKs.

What stays on your device

Your chosen state, study progress, streaks, bookmarks, test results and settings are stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.

Content downloads

When you pick a state, the app downloads that state's study pack from our content server (hosted by Netlify). Like any web server, it may briefly log standard request data such as IP address and time for security and reliability. We don't use it to identify or track you.

Notifications

If you turn on study reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to us.

Links to official handbooks open state government websites, which have their own privacy policies.

Children

Roadwise does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
